ABOUT US – LANDMARK FOUNDATION DEFENCE PREPARATORY SCHOOL

Dehradun, known as the education capital of India, is world famous for its schools, RIMC, IMA, ONGC, FRI and now more recently its universities and NDA coaching academies. Landmark Foundation Education Group is spreading this movement and making inroads to provide world class education.

Within a span of 11 years LMF Group has embarked upon a mission that envisions the whole world of education through its services from class 11th till post graduation.

Landmark Foundation Group, started as a degree college, and runs undergraduates and post graduate programs, and is affiliated to the Uttarakhand state university. We are now catering to the needs of the students throughout their academic cycle till they step into their professional life. A complete education hub in Dehradun. Most recently we started our own Defence Academy providing coaching and physical training to 12th pass outs students who want to prepare for NDA, ARFORCE and NAVY competitive exams.

We are now introducing our FOUDATION COURSE- For class 10th pass out students. A fully residential 2 years program, wherein, we will provide the student with school studies for class 11th and 12th as per CBSE curriculum. There will be rigorous classes for NDA preparation, proper doubts session, physical activities and training and most importantly focus on English, personality development and how to develop officer like qualities.

In this pursuit LMF has to give credit to its team, who have created best practices, teaching methodology and students-centric approach which enables us to educate and develop the child. A journey of 1000 miles begins with a single step. We started in a small rented house and now we have our own 20 bigah campus with a total capacity of 5000+ students. Landmark Foundation Defence Academy is on a 5 acre plot with breadth taking views of Mussoorie hills. We are continuously updating our infrastructure to ensure all educational, boarding and lodging needs of the students are met.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The students need to follow all rules and regulations as directed. These are framed for their safety, safety of other students and smooth functioning of the school. The rules may be revised from time to time. Parents are advised to fully cooperate.

• Short style haircut.
• Students should not bring smart phones, laptops.
• Students should not wear any gold chains, tattoo, ear piercings, which are not related to religious sentiments.
• Students should not bring firearms, ammunition, fire crackers, explosives or inflammable material in the campus. Storage of any such item in the hostel is prohibited.
• Consumption or storage of alcohol, cigarettes, drugs or substances within the campus or hostel is prohibited. Students will not indulge in gambling. Any student indulging in such activities will be dealt with harshly.
• The students will not wilfully damage the school property. The damages will be deducted in double from the refundable security deposit.
• Parents must mark all belongings of the student with permanent marker.
• Medical certificate, eyesight certificate, certificate of both doses of vaccination needs to be provided.
• Indiscipline in the campus, fights between students, misbehaviour with staff will not be tolerated. Strict action will be taken in such circumstances.
• Students will not engage in any political activity.
• Reasonable precautions are taken during the training to avoid injuries and accidents. The school authorities however, shall not be responsible for any accident / mishap outside school premises. Parents / Guardians shall be responsible for medical expenses of their wards.
• Leaving School Campus without any valid reason or without taking permission shall be treated as INDISCIPLINE and will be viewed seriously. In such cases the school authorities shall not be responsible for safety and security of the student. The moment his absence is noticed a police report will be filed. We request Parents / Guardians to brief their wards clearly in this regard.
• All legal disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Dehradun Court.
• Parents must inform about their latest address (residential), Telephone / Mobile number and email ID to enable the school authorities to establish immediate contact in case of emergency.
• Hostel rules have to be followed. (A separate section is attached)
